Testing only when it can change the plan.
Instead of turning preventive care into an endless checklist, Amity is designed to ask whether another test is actually worth doing now.
Amity is being built to help employees manage aging and long-term health with less guesswork: connect the signals they already generate, test when testing is useful, intervene when action is justified, and do nothing when it isn’t.
Instead of turning preventive care into an endless checklist, Amity is designed to ask whether another test is actually worth doing now.
Amity can connect longitudinal signals that normally live in separate apps and reports, then surface the next useful action.
People age differently and respond differently. The plan should change with the person instead of staying fixed.
If something changes, Amity is designed to help determine when to check again and whether the intervention actually moved the right signal.
The employer version of Amity isn’t meant to be a generic benefits add-on. It’s meant to become a health decision layer employees actually use.
Most health benefits are fragmented. One vendor has wearables. Another has labs. Another offers coaching. Another manages prescriptions. Employees are left to stitch it together themselves, while employers pay for a stack of disconnected services.
Amity’s role is different. It can sit across those inputs and help decide what is worth doing next. Sometimes that means another measurement. Sometimes it means a clinician should review an intervention. Sometimes the evidence says to leave the person alone.
Over time, that creates a much more coherent experience: one longitudinal picture, one current plan, and fewer actions that happen just because they were scheduled by default.
For employers and health plans, the long-term opportunity is to make better preventive and longevity decisions available broadly, then measure whether those decisions actually improve outcomes and reduce avoidable downstream cost. Amity is still in development, so those outcomes need to be demonstrated rather than assumed.
We’re talking with employers and health plans interested in early pilots and outcome-based partnerships.
